Rule 19 of the Principal Rules is amended as follows:

(a) by omitting from subrule (1) "Notwithstanding rule 18 ," and substituting "Notwithstanding rule 18(1) and (2) ," ;

(b) by omitting "the time immediately preceding the first unloading of giant crab after a fishing trip." from paragraph (b) of the definition of relevant time in subrule (3) and substituting "the time of the commencement of a fishing trip." .
