Proclamation under the Terrorism (Restrictions on Bail and Parole) Act 2018

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Terrorism (Restrictions on Bail and Parole) Act 2018 fix 14 December 2018 as the day on which the provisions of that Act commence.
