Regulation 3 of the Principal Regulations is amended as follows:

(a) by omitting " Security and Investigations Agents Act 2002 ." from the definition of Act and substituting " Security and Investigations Agents Act 2002 ;" ;

(b) by inserting the following definitions after the definition of Act :

temporary licence means a licence issued under the Act that the Director has issued on a temporary basis;

training provider licence means a licence issued by the Director under the Act that authorises the holder to provide training in respect of activities undertaken under the Act.
