PARLIAMENT OF VICTORIA A BILL to amend the Serious Sex Offenders Monitoring Act 2005 in relation to the instructions or directions that may be given by the Adult Parole Board under that Act and for other purposes. Serious Sex Offenders Monitoring (Amendment) Act 2006 The Parliament of Victoria enacts as follows: 1. Purpose The purpose of this Act is to amend the Serious Sex Offenders Monitoring Act 2005 so as to empower the Adult Parole Board to give an instruction or direction under section 16(2) of that 5 Act requiring an offender to reside at premises on land that is within the perimeter of a prison but does not form part of the prison. 1 551488B.I1-2/10/2006 BILL LA INTRODUCTION 2/10/2006

 


 

Serious Sex Offenders Monitoring (Amendment) Act 2006 s. 2 Act No. 2. Commencement This Act comes into operation on the day after the day on which it receives the Royal Assent. 3.
