PUBLIC HOLIDAYS AMENDMENT ACT 2019 (NO. 29 OF 2019) - SECT 3

    (1)     After section 6(f) of the Public Holidays Act 1993 insert —

    "(fa)     Easter Sunday;".

    (2)     After section 6(i) of the Public Holidays Act 1993 insert —

    "(ia)     the Friday before the Australian Football League Grand Final;".

    (3)         For section 6(k) of the Public Holidays Act 1993 substitute —

    "(k)     25 December (Christmas Day);

        (ka)     the Monday after Christmas Day when Christmas Day is a Saturday or the Tuesday after Christmas Day when Christmas Day is a Sunday;".
