COUNTY COURT (CHAPTER III AMENDMENT NO. 4) RULES 2014 (SR NO 178 OF 2014) - REG 7

After Rule 4.02(1) of the Principal Rules insert —

    "(1A)     A notice of appeal under section 38U(1), 38ZE(1) or 38ZJ(1) of the Crimes (Mental Impairment and Unfitness to be Tried) Act 1997 must be in Form 4A.".
