COUNTRY FIRE AUTHORITY AMENDMENT (MEMBER COMPENSATION) REGULATIONS 2014 (SR NO 81 OF 2014) - REG 13

In regulation 83 of the Principal Regulations—

        (a)         omit "self-employed";

        (b)     after paragraph (b)(iii) insert —

    "(iiia)     the member's employment by an employer before the injury;";

        (c)     in paragraph (b)(iv), for "matters." substitute "matters;";

        (d)     after paragraph (b) insert —

    "(c)     if the member was not working under a contract of service at the time of the injury, may calculate average weekly earnings on any basis that, in the opinion of the Authority, most fairly reflects the worker's earning capacity had the injury not occurred.".
