CRIMES (CONFISCATION) REGULATIONS 2014 (SR NO 42 OF 2014) - REG 7

Amendment of references to member of the police force

    (1)     In the form in Schedule 1, for "member of the police force" substitute "police officer".

    (2)     In the form in Schedule 2, for "member of the police force" substitute "police officer".

    (3)     This regulation is revoked on the day after section 278 of the Victoria Police Act 2013 comes into operation.
