Victorian Numbered Regulations Victorian Numbered RegulationsThe objective of these Regulations is to amend the Public Health and Wellbeing Regulations 2019 to prescribe further offences in respect of which an infringement notice may be issued for the purposes of section 209 of the Public Health and Wellbeing Act 2008 and to prescribe penalties for those offences.
