ROAD SAFETY (GENERAL) AMENDMENT (CORPORATE PENALTIES) REGULATIONS 2014 (SR NO 67 OF 2014) - REG 1

Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to prescribe infringement penalties that apply to certain operator onus offences following the enactment of the Road Safety Amendment (Operator Onus) Act 2012 .
