RAIL SAFETY AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2014 (SR NO 30 OF 2014) - REG 43
Duty to notify railway accidents or incidents
In regulation 43(1) and (2) of the Principal Regulations, for "An accredited
rail operator" substitute "An accredited rail transport operator".
