RAIL SAFETY AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2014 (SR NO 30 OF 2014) - REG 44

In regulation 44 of the Principal Regulations—

        (a)     for "rail operator" (where twice occurring) substitute "rail transport operator";

        (b)     for "rail operations" substitute "railway operations".
