TRANSPORT (TAXI-CAB INDUSTRY ACCREDITATION) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2014 (SR NO 62 OF 2014) - REG 9

In regulation 9 of the Principal Regulations—

        (a)     for " regulations 6, 7 and 8" substitute " regulations 7, 8 and 22"; and

        (b)     after subregulation (c) insert —

    "(ca)     in the case of a record referred to in regulation 22, for a period of 3 years commencing on the date the record was created; and"; and

        (c)     for subregulation (d) substitute —

    "(d)     in the case of a record not referred to in paragraphs (c) or (ca), for a period of 5 years commencing on the date the record was created.".
