LOCAL COURT (REPEALS AND RELATED AMENDMENTS) ACT 2016 (NO 9 OF 2016) - SECT 93

(1)     Section 4, definitions "clerk", Court and CSJ DVO

"Court" means the Local Court.

"Judge" means a Local Court Judge.

"Local Court DVO", see section 28(1).

"registrar", see section 3 of the Local Court Act .
