MONETARY UNITS ACT 2004 (NO 10 OF 2004) - SECT 14

In section 4(1) of the Environment Protection Act 1970 for the definition of "fee unit" substitute —

' "fee unit" means a fee unit calculated in accordance with section 5(3) of the Monetary Units Act 2004 ;'.
