PARKS AND CROWN LAND LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 2017 (NO. 53 OF 2017) - SECT 25

After section 32R of the National Parks Act   1975 insert —

        " 32S     Rehabilitation works—Great Otway National Park

    (1)     The Secretary may authorise Alcoa of Australia Limited ACN 004 879 298 to carry out works on the relevant land that are associated with the rehabilitation of the Anglesea coal mine and associated works.

    (2)     An authorisation under subsection (1) must be in writing.

    (3)     In this section—

"relevant land" means the land delineated and shown cross-hatched on the plan lodged in the Central Plan Office and numbered N.P. 111E/4 and that is part of the park described in Part 31 of Schedule Two.".
