ROAD MANAGEMENT (WORKS AND INFRASTRUCTURE) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 2007 (SR NO 154 OF 2007) - REG 10

Amendment to exemptions in respect of driveway works or mowing

In regulation 12(a) of the Principal Regulations—

(a) in subparagraph (ii), omit ", other than a roadside on a freeway";

(b) for "being works that do not have a significant impact on road safety, traffic or other infrastructure" substitute "other than traffic impact works".
