ROAD MANAGEMENT (WORKS AND INFRASTRUCTURE) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 2007 (SR NO 154 OF 2007) - REG 9

Amendment to exemption from requirement to obtain consent in relation to pathway works

In regulation 7(1)(a) of the Principal Regulations, for "works that have a significant impact on road safety, traffic or other infrastructure" substitute "traffic impact works".
